How do I return an item?

Returns and Refunds

At Stewart Handling Systems we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Our office manager, can answer any questions you may have on returns at 951-352-9163 or alexis@stewarthandling.com.

Returning items

Currently we have no return policy on returned items. If you have purchased an item from Stewart Handling Systems, Inc. please contact us at 951-352-9163 or alexis@stewarthandling.com and we will handle your return on a case-to-case basis.

Steps of a return

1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Stewart Handling Systems, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

2. Once the return has been established, we will arrange for large items to be picked up at your location. Again, freight is not refunded and an additional freight charge will occur for the return to our warehouse or manufacturer.

3. If the item(s) can be mailed we ask that you package the item(s) and send it back to Stewart Handling Systems. We will provide you with this information. You are responsible for all return shipping charges that may incur.

4. Once we receive the item(s), you will then receive your appropriate refund.

Note:
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. You must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our warehouse. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
