The Opposed Cylinder Style Coil Car is designed for large, heavy coil handling in process lines, mills and other high-duty applications. The opposed cylinder design has cylinders pushing up on one side of the scissors center pivot and pushing down on the other. This allows for maximum capacity and minimum pivot.
